I’m Jennifer, a UX researcher and designer with a background in behavioral psychology and person-centered therapy.

  • Discover Bank Navigation Usability Research Readout

    We conducted a usability study, incorporating a card sort/tree test, for Discover Bank’s Online Bank Account landing page.

    The primary objective was to gain insights into the preferred user pathways from the landing page to the enrollment screens for various account types.
